Cost is $250 for 30 days. There is 500 word limit for each ad. Ads will appear 5-7 business days after the request is submitted.

Payment is accepted in USD only, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), money order or check. Advertisements will not be posted until payment is received. There is an additional charge for graphics. Graphics should be submitted in JPG or GIF format at low resolution.

Advertise with ITNS

Advertising space is available on our web site, in our printed newsletter, and also as part of our electronically delivered E-Updates.

Advertising Specs for E-Updates:

E-Updates are delivered to our worldwide membership on a bi-weekly basis (every other week).  An E-Update Banner advertisement which directly links to a designated URL is $250.00 per occurrence. Text only advertisement is $250.00 per each announcement topic. Add your company logo to your text only advertisement for an additional $50 per occurrence for a total of $300.

Please submit graphic art for the banner advertisement in .jpg format following the guidelines for pixel size below:

To fit the main Body Column, the graphic should be no wider than 450px and no higher than 150px.

Advertising Specs for the printed ITNS Newsletter:

Classified advertising is available in the printed ITNS Newsletter. Print copy should be typed and double-spaced. Classified ads will be accepted at any time and will be placed in the next newsletter if possible. A check or voucher to cover the cost at $1 per word (minimum $15 per ad) must accompany the ad.

Display advertising in the ITNS Newsletter is available. High Resolution (600 dpi) JPG files are preferred (full-page size is 9-7/8” wide x 15-5/8” deep; half-page size is 9-7/8” wide x 7-5/8” deep; quarter-page size is 4-6/8” wide x 7-5/8” deep).

Mailing Labels

Strictly for the dissemination of transplant -related educational announcements, ITNS provides mailing labels.  Materials must be approved by ITNS Headquarters. The labels are priced at .50 cents per address, with a minimum cost of $100 per order per usage. Labels are sent electronically in Excel format. ITNS Label Order Form (PDF)
