ITNS Proposed By-law Changes
ITNS Members: Please review the proposed ITNS By-law changes (PDF). These changes were reviewed and amending by both the current Board of Directors and ITNS legal counsel.
There will be an open review and comment period until September 14, 2009. Any comments and questions can be sent to the ITNS By-laws Committee Chairperson, Beth Kallenborn, at kallenbornea@upmc.edu
The current ITNS Board of Directors unanimously endorses the proposed changes to the ITNS By-laws.
By-law comments, questions and changes will be reviewed and discussed at the ITNS Annual Symposium in Montreal, Quebec on Saturday, September 26. After that review, all ITNS members eligible to vote will receive an electronic survey asking for members to vote on the acceptance of the proposed changes.
