In October 2006, We hosted a one day workshop : It’s not just about Rejection.” Directed at approaching life long health issues in a holistic manner by emphasizing a healthy environment. The workshop was attended by 72 attendees.

We joined our Nephrology/Hypertension Transplant group for a journal club on Oct 20 to discuss dietary guides for kidney transplant patients.

Planned activities for 2007

We will continue with 4 meetings per year for our local chapter alternating between the Twin Cities and Rochester. We will continue to join our colleagues in hypertension in February 07 discussing skin cancer.

Goals for 2007

We have a very strong active membership and our goal for this next year is to plan activities a year in advance, as well as soliciting funds to support the activities.
