November 16, 2006, dinner presentation “Kidney Paired Donation: Innovation for Incompatible Kidney Recipients and Their Donors” was presented by Janet Hiller, RN, MSN Transplant Clinical Nurse Specialist of Johns Hopkins Hospital.
The Seattle Chapter celebrated Transplant Nurse’s Day by sending cakes, balloons, posters, and stickers to each transplant unit and office at the 4 Transplant Centers in Seattle on April 18th, 2007.
April 19, 2007- a motivational dinner program “To The Edge And Back: An Evening With The Bounce-Back Kid” presented by Chris Klug, Snowboard Champion, 2002 Olympic Bronze Medalist, and liver transplant recipient.
